The case start time is access, not a courtesy. A down infusion pump with no case start time on the record becomes a second call.
Juno repeats the case start time back and leaves it on the DispatchNode job. The next person on the route should not have to rediscover it.
A company can pass the request. The case start time stays on the ticket for the company that claims it.
